L'Etoile Restaurant

Founded in 1976 by farm-to-table pioneer Odessa Piper, L'Etoile Restaurant is a fine-dining restaurant located in Madison, Wisconsin featuring menus that highlight local food year-round. I have worked at L'Etoile since the summer of 2009 in various capacities as a front-of-house employee, from hosting to arranging flowers to waiting tables. 

Enos Farms

Erin Crooks and Jeremy Lynch run a small catering company out of Spring Green, Wisconsin in which they serve local, fresh, and beautifully-arranged food, some of which they raise themselves and much of the rest is carefully sourced from friends and neighbors. I have worked as a server and bartender for their catering operations.
